Return and refund policy

Returns are valid for 90 days on orders equal to or exceeding a 3 month supply as all GHR Products are intended to be used on an ongoing basis for at least three (3) months to measure your benefits.

After you have placed your order, and in an effort to maximize your experience with GHR Platinum, we will be sending you a follow up email with important information on how to best use the product.

GHR Platinum is manufactured to the highest possible standards. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the performance of our product then returns may be accepted provided that the product returned are unused, unopened, untampered with, and has the original seal still intact, as we delivered, back to us within 90 days of date of the original purchase date.

Before you return your product please notify us first by phone at 1-877-694-4715, or at Email Us, or Online to advise us of your return.

(Note: All return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibilities.)

Once we receive your return we will issue credit for any unused product returned (if returned as described in above paragraph) less 10% for processing.

About Autoshipments

We do not accept returns on autoshipments that occur beyon 90 days. If you are on an autoship program and wish to discontinue your autoshipments simply Call Or Contact Us Online Here At least seven (7) days in advance of your next shipment so that we may cancel future shipments before they process.

About Items Returned By USPS

Please ensure that your "Ship To" address is correct and accurate during checkout.

If, for any reason items are returned and marked by USPS, for example, as "Undeliverable" or "Return To Sender" then we will attempt contact he customer via phone or email to resolve any addressing issues.
